Hampton County Citizens for the Active Restoration of Hampton County.
"HCCAR” is extending an invitation to residents and Citizens of Hampton County to join us as we strive to improve the health and vitality of Hampton County. We are a non-partisan citizens forum, actively working to improve: Government services and accountability, Improve County facilities and Recreational infrastructure, Strengthen Public School curricular, and Improve Work skills training options for youth and adults. Our principal objective is to make Hampton County an attractive place to live, grow, work and play. If you share any of our concerns, then we need your ideas and participation, as we explore and adopt strategies to help build a “Better Hampton County”. There is no fee to join the effort.
